Our Process

Step One: Initial Consultation

We understand that all students are different, and to that end we first want to understand who each student is. By beginning with a low pressure conversation we can get a read on your student’s personality, where they feel their strengths and weaknesses lie, and what they would specifically like to achieve/how they would like to develop.

Step Two: Lesson Planning

After our initial consultation our team will work to develop a personalized lesson plan that will encourage your student’s development while also determining which instructor will be the best fit.

Step Three: One-on-One Sessions

Our instructors will meet one-on-one with your student in 30-40 minute sessions over Zoom to begin the enrichment process.

Step Four: Flexibility

We pride ourselves in our flexibility. Our plans are completely unique and individualized, so they can always be adapted to any feedback you or your student may provide. If there is an assignment from school that they need assistance on, or they want to change anything about our sessions, we are open and able to do so.
