Independent School Diversity Network (ISDN) is a NYC based alliance of parents and educators dedicated to developing and supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in their school communities as well as promoting anti-bias, multicultural learning experiences for their students. Through Communication (creating opportunities for parent to parent, parent to educator and educator to educator dialogues, sharing resources and best practices) and Collaboration (encouraging groups and institutions to work together to achieve common goals), and by building a strong Community of inter-school educator/parent representatives we hope to create educational communities that are supportive and welcoming to all students and their families.
ISDN not only creates opportunities for interschool partnerships but provides family support and student empowerment programming MORE ABOUT ISDN
